4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code delivered remain the intellectual property of Scale Core Digital until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by client-side issues, or third-party service interruptions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
